Foam tapes in all colours and shapes
Polyethylene tapes (self-adhesive PE foam, physical cured, with an especially even surface structure) are produced by 3F exactly according to your specifications. Single- and double-sided self-adhesive designs are possible with or without liner and with or without carrier materials, such as scrim or foil. Production is carried out in widths from 6 to 1,000 millimetres and from 0.8 to 15 millimetres thickness. You determine the colour – no matter whether you want to have the tape as a single roll on a core or as a long-format roll wound in spool form. This is possible for all of our foam tapes.
3F also produces foam tapes made of polyurethane (PU) polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and cellular rubber (CR). We supply single-sided self-adhesive PU tapes with liner, with or without carrier material, 9 to 1,000 millimetres wide and 3 to 15 millimetres thick. Single- and double-sided self-adhesive PVC tapes are available from 3F with or without liner and with or without scrim/foil carriers. These tapes are from 9 to 1,000 millimetres wide and from 2 to 15 millimetres thickness. Cellular rubber tapes can be single- or double-sided self-adhesive and 2 to 10 millimetres thick. Like any other foam tapes, cellular rubber tape can be produced in a long-roll format or as a spool.
We supply tapes made of cellular rubber with qualitatively different designs appropriate for the respective application (untreated, EPDM and Neoprene). Due to the broad range of uses for rubber tapes, for production we will require your exact product profile. We will be glad to advise you.
